How to cancel, and what happens to your backups.

• Cancel anytime from your subscription management link (reached from the app or your purchase email). Access continues until the end of the already-paid month.
• Cancelling stops future billing. Your backup catalog is then removed automatically 14 days after the end of your paid period, so the data stops being restorable from that point.
• The encrypted objects that made up those backups may take longer to be reclaimed from storage, and can continue to count toward stored bytes in the meantime. This does not affect what is restorable.
• Export or restore anything you need before the catalog removal date — after that point, backups cannot be recovered.
• For refund questions, contact support@nurexnode.com — refund requests are handled case by case.
• Seller of record: NurexNode LLC. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
