The short version of the CloudSync subscription terms. NurexNode LLC is the seller of record.

• One subscription covers one computer. Deactivate to move it to another computer.
• Plans are billed monthly in USD through Stripe. Checkout happens inside the desktop app; there is no web checkout.
• Installers and updates are served from this site. Installed clients download and verify updates using cryptographic signatures before applying them.
• Backups are encrypted on your device with a key only you hold. If you lose the 24-word recovery phrase and access to this computer, the backups cannot be recovered — by us or anyone else.
• You choose which folders are backed up. You can stop backing up or delete your backups at any time in the app.
