What NurexNode LLC stores for CloudSync accounts, in plain terms.

• Account email, device name, plan, and how much storage you use.
• Your CSYNC activation key, kept so it can be resent to your account email after ownership verification, plus a one-way hash used to verify it.
• Your encrypted backups, plus non-readable details such as object size and upload time.
• Device tokens the app uses to authenticate to the service.
• Backups are encrypted on your computer before upload, including file names and the backup index. We cannot read file contents or names, and we cannot decrypt them for anyone.
• Your 24-word recovery phrase never leaves your computer. We will never ask for it — anyone who does is not us.
